Some China's local Family Planning Department officials in Hunan province, robbed more that 10 "illegal" infants, took them into Shaoyang charity house of Hunan Province. They sold the infants each for $3000 to foreign countries, including Netherland and the U.S..

The Family Planning Department officials in Longhui county of Shaoyang city, forcibly took infants with excuse of breaking Family Planning law. During the period of 2002 to 2005, the wicked deed reached its peak.

According to insiders, officials from Family Planning Department could get 1000 yuan or more if they took one infant into the Shaoyang charity.

Yang Libing, a resident of Longhui county, one of the victims, called back to his family in May, 2005 when he worked in another province, and got the shocking news that his daughter was robbed.

Yang's father said about ten people from the local Family Planning Department robbed the girl and asked for 6000 yuan.

The next day, Yang's father went to the department and asked for the girl. However, an official said, "you can not get back the girl even you pay 10 thousand yuan." Actually, the girl was taken into Shaoyang charity house and sold out.

They confiscated my daughter," Yang said, after fighting with the "robbers".

Yang's wife left him saying "it is no necessary to live with you because you could protect our child".

Many victims' parents from Longhui county wanted to appeal to Beijing, the central authorities for help, but the local government prevented them.

So far some of the infants are confirmed sold to other countries including the U.S., while some are sill unknown.
